Here are some common questions about our company.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Since the products are made from natural source, there maybe slight variation in colour and even taste based on the regional climatic and soil. We ensure that the product images are the same. Apart from the same, product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Sales invoice will be sent along with the product. You will also be able to view your payment receipt on Razorpay.

How can I return my item?

Products once sold will not be accepted . Only incase of genuine breakage during transit will the amount be refunded subject to photographs being sent to us immediately with the breakage inside the pack.

Will you restock the items marked as “Out of Stock”?

Yes in most cases out of Stock message is put (Subject to incase of non-working day).

Can I track my package?

You can track your orders easily- Just enter your AWB tracking number or Order ID & it is done
